Below are two programs of assistance to our members.
Member Family Assistance Program (MFAP)
The participating unions of Trades NL Members Trust, is committed in providing support to our Members and their family with the Member Family Assistance Program (MFAP).
The MFAP program is immediate, confidential, professional help to assist with life’s challenges, service is provided to all participating union members who are in good standing with their union at no cost to the member.
Substance Abuse Program (SAP)
Delivering professional help for participating union members who are experiencing challenges that may be related to drug and alcohol abuse, we provide assessment and treatment solutions.
